Golfing Fun 2007

Here's what a few of us did July 28. First is the winning team; Ken, Erik, Ken's wife Mitzi, Bob and Steve. Hey, how did Todd end up in the picture? He wasn't on that team! Not that this necessarily has anything to do with it, but the winning team happened to have one more person than the other teams did. Hmmmm. Oh well, winning didn't really mean anything anyway. The second picture is the whole group, minus Bob.

Fun on the River

Those of us that could make it had a great time canoeing. We all stayed upright, but that's not to say we stayed dry. It's probably safe to say that Brice started the splashing. Good thing the weather was great for it. Besides Brice, his wife Sue came along and Gary joined them in their canoe. (Man, Gary has some WHITE legs!) Sherri joined me (Carrie) in another canoe along with my daughter Melanie. Ninette and her husband Lorne were in yet another canoe, and last but certainly not least was Mike C. and wife Ingrid. Ingrid doesn't seem to be too fond of amphibians and the like. She didn't admit it, but I think she does enjoy being splashed by Mike. Jim and his wife Kelly and Steve joined us all at Brice and Sue's afterward for a cookout.

Now we have the golf scramble to look forward to. Ain't this all just too much fun?!!!
